Keeping a small sized staff gives us the occasion to be reactive, manage the organization in such ways that we can be op top at the office as much as on the field.

The versatility of each one of our team members also ensures the seriousness of our initiative (High Mountain Guides, state licenced tour leader, climbing monitors…) 

If Nature is our playground, it is also our livelihood. Our main concern is to protect it by limiting our impact on the environment to the max. This way, we get to respect our customer’s personal values, as you are all particularly sensitive to ecological and social issues. 

Our daily actions are the result of a conscious decision and a deep awareness towards these issues. We don’t pretend to be perfect or flawless, but we sure do the best we can.

Intimacy

Although you won’t really get to be one on one with your tour leader, we make sure the amount of participants per group is limited. While you make friends and have a closer relationship with your guide, it will allow him to keep an eye open for better control and top notch security.
